Getting Started with TeenShrink™

Below are the steps to get started with TeenShrink™. When you are ready to start the process, click on the the 'Get Started Now!' button.  If the client is under the age of 18 then these steps must be completed by a parent or guardian.

Step1
Read the online forms, sign electronically, and submit.

Step2
Choose your membership plan and pay by credit card. 

Step3
Once you receive your Confirmation Email you can begin TeenShrink services.
